1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "7svip," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the 7svip platform operated under international licensing and providing online betting services accessible at https://7svip.cam.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the 7svip platform, including registered account holders and visitors.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a User to access and use the betting services offered by 7svip.
• "Services" refers to all sports betting, live casino, lottery, slot gaming, and related entertainment products provided through the 7svip platform.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a User on the outcome of a sporting event, casino game, lottery draw, or other betting product offered on the platform.
• "Funds" means the monetary balance held in a User's Account, including deposits, winnings, and bonuses, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free bets, or other promotional offers extended by 7svip to Users, which may be subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

To register an Account and use the Services on 7svip, you must meet the following criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or older as of the date of registration. 7svip strictly prohibits underage gambling.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or legally present within Indonesian territory at the time you access the platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be prohibited from participating in online gambling activities under any applicable law or regulation.

2.2 Account Creation

You may create only one Account per person. Multiple Accounts registered under the same individual are strictly prohibited. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you.

2.3 Verification Process

7svip reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card (KTP), proof of address, and photographic identification. You must provide these documents within the timeframe specified by our support team. Failure to comply with verification requests may result in the suspension or termination of your Account and the forfeiture of any Funds or pending withdrawals.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

Users may deposit Funds into their Account using the payment methods supported by 7svip, which include but are not limited to bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Permata, as well as e-wallet services such as OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the platform and may vary by payment method. 7svip does not charge fees for deposits; however, your financial institution may impose transaction fees.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are prohibited.
• Your Account must be fully verified in accordance with Section 2.3 before any withdrawal can be processed.
• If you have claimed a Bonus, you must meet the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawing any Bonus-related winnings.
• 7svip aims to process withdrawal requests within 5 minutes during banking hours (09:00–21:00 WIB). Processing times outside banking hours or for accounts requiring additional review may be longer.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

7svip is committed to preventing money laundering and financial crime. All deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be requested. We reserve the right to request additional documentation or information regarding the source of Funds in your Account. Suspicious transactions or patterns of activity will be reported to the relevant authorities as required by law.

3.4 Currency and Conversion

All financial transactions on 7svip are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If you deposit Funds from a non-IDR source, your financial institution or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees and exchange rates over which 7svip has no control.

4. Betting Rules and Conduct

4.1 Placing Bets

All Bets placed on the 7svip platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or sport in question, as well as these Terms & Conditions. Once a Bet is confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be canceled, modified, or revoked by the User. 7svip reserves the right to refuse or limit any Bet at its sole discretion, particularly if the Bet is suspected to be fraudulent, placed in error, or part of a coordinated betting pattern.

4.2 Odds and Results

Odds displayed on the platform are indicative and may change at any time prior to Bet acceptance. The odds at the time your Bet is accepted are the odds that apply to your Bet. 7svip is not responsible for typographical errors or technical glitches that result in incorrect odds being displayed. In the event of an obvious error (for example, decimal point misplacement or odds inversion), 7svip reserves the right to void affected Bets and refund stakes.

4.3 Settlement and Payouts

Winning Bets are settled based on the official results provided by the relevant sports governing body, lottery operator, or game provider. Settlement times vary by product. Sports Bets are typically settled shortly after the conclusion of the event. Casino and slot game outcomes are settled immediately upon game completion. In the event of a dispute regarding Bet settlement, 7svip's decision is final.

4.4 Voided and Cancelled Events

If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled before completion, Bets on that event will be voided and stakes refunded unless otherwise specified in the sport-specific rules available on the platform. For casino and lottery products, specific void and refund conditions are governed by the rules of the individual game or draw.

4.5 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, Bet voiding, and forfeiture of Funds:

• Engaging in fraudulent, collusive, or coordinated betting activity.
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place Bets.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or system vulnerabilities for unfair advantage.
• Creating multiple Accounts to circumvent betting limits or Bonus restrictions.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or advantage play that violates the spirit of fair gaming.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 Bonus Terms

7svip may offer Bonuses and promotions to Users from time to time. Each Bonus is governed by specific terms and conditions, which are displayed at the time the Bonus is offered. By claiming a Bonus, you agree to be bound by those terms. Bonuses are intended for recreational players only and may not be used in conjunction with coordinated betting strategies or professional advantage play.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, meaning you must wager the Bonus amount a specified number of times before you can withdraw any winnings derived from the Bonus. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in the Bonus terms. Not all Bets contribute equally to wagering requirements; contribution percentages are specified for each game type.

5.3 Bonus Forfeiture

If you request a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirements associated with a Bonus, the Bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited. 7svip reserves the right to void Bonuses and associated winnings if we determine that Bonus abuse has occurred, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim Bonuses multiple times.

6. Limitations of Liability and Disclaimers

6.1 Service Availability

7svip strives to provide continuous access to the platform; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses incurred as a result of service interruptions.

6.2 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your betting decisions and any financial consequences arising from your use of the Services. 7svip is a platform for entertainment; we do not provide financial, investment, or gambling advice. 6.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 7svip, its affiliates, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount of Funds you deposited into your Account in the six months preceding the claim.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Suspension by 7svip

7svip reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the platform or other Users. In such cases, we may withhold any Funds in your Account pending investigation.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining Funds in your Account (excluding unreleased Bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to verification and any applicable wagering requirements.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial law and the regulatory framework under which 7svip operates. Any disputes arising from your use of the platform shall first be subject to our internal dispute resolution process. You may contact our support team to initiate a dispute.
